Job Description

  • Manage and maintain master data processes within the Accounting & Finance department.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all platforms and databases.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline and improve data management practices.
  • Monitor and resolve data quality issues in a timely manner.
  • Develop and implement data governance policies and procedures.
  • Generate regular reports and insights to support strategic decision-making.
  • Provide training and support for colleagues on data management processes and tools.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in master data management.

The Successful Applicant

A successful MDM BPO should have:

  • Educational qualifications in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with master data management tools and processes.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining data accuracy.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and systems used in the Financial Services industry.
