Job Description

Channel & Distributor Marketing

  • Develop and execute channel marketing strategies to support distributor sales growth
  • Build strong relationships with distributors and key channel partners
  • Plan and implement trade marketing activities, promotions, and joint campaigns
  • Equip distributors with marketing tools, product knowledge, and sales materials



Marketing Strategy & Campaigns

  • Create and execute integrated B2B marketing campaigns aligned with commercial goals
  • Support product launches and market expansion initiatives
  • Manage both online and offline marketing channels



Brand Management

  • Ensure consistent brand positioning across all distributor and partner touchpoints
  • Oversee development of marketing collateral tailored to channel needs
  • Strengthen brand awareness within target industries



Sales Enablement

  • Collaborate closely with sales teams to drive lead generation and conversion
  • Provide marketing support for tenders, proposals, and key accounts
  • Track distributor performance and campaign effectiveness



Market Insights & Reporting

  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer insights
  • Analyse campaign and channel performance, recommending improvements
  • Manage marketing budget and report on ROI



The Successful Applicant

A successful Marketing Manager should have:

  • A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of marketing experience (B2B, building materials, or related industries preferred)
  • Strong background in brand management, product marketing, and campaign execution
  • Experience supporting sales teams and driving channel marketing initiatives
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Strategic thinking with hands-on execution ability
