Job Description

  • Manage and oversee financial control processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare and review financial reports, P&L, balance sheet, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Analyse financial data to support decision-making and provide insights to stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  • Monitor and manage risks related to product control and financial reporting.
  • Support audits and regulatory inspections as required.
  • Provide training and guidance to junior team members on financial control processes.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Manager, Product Control should have:

  • A degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
  • ACCA certifications (good to have).
  • Strong knowledge of product control, financial market products, financial reporting and analysis.
  • Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance standards.
  • Proficiency in financial systems and tools.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
