Job Description

  • Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient handling, storage, and flow of materials to support production.
  • Manage end-to-end logistics and coordinate with internal teams to meet production timelines and customer delivery expectations.
  • Ensure accurate inventory management, including monitoring stock levels and controlling excess or slow-moving items.
  • Optimise transportation and logistics costs while maintaining service quality and delivery performance.
  • Lead and develop warehouse and logistics teams through planning, supervision, and performance management.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and relevant regulatory and export procedures.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Logistics & Warehouse Manager should have:

  • Holds a relevant degree with 5-10 years of experience in warehouse and logistics, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain processes and experience using ERP systems such as Microsoft D365.
  • Proven leadership and problem-solving skills, with the ability to perform well in a fast-paced setting.
  • Additional advantage if experienced in continuous improvement or lean practices.
