Job Description

  • Manage a wide range of litigation matters, including family law,
  • probate, and recovery claims.
  • Draft and settle pleadings, submissions, affidavits, and opinions
  • with minimal supervision.
  • Conduct legal research and provide strategic, practical advice
  • to clients.
  • Attend PTCM independently and assist Counsel in full trials.
  • Liaise effectively with clients, counsel, and relevant authorities.
  • Oversee case management, timelines, and reporting to Partners.
  • Support and guide juniors in complex or high‑value matters.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Legal Associate (Litigation) should have:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Law and admitted to the Malaysian Bar.
  • Minimum 3 years' post‑qualification experience in litigation.
  • Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken.
  • Strong drafting, legal research, and analytical skills.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision and meet deadlines.
  • Professional, client‑focused, with good interpersonal skills.
  • Responsible, organised, and committed to high‑quality work.
