Job Description

  • Define and execute product strategies by translating market insights and customer requirements into new product and service opportunities
  • Drive revenue growth and profitability through business case development, product roadmap ownership and successful product launches
  • Provide end‑to‑end leadership across the full product lifecycle, from concept through launch, sustainment and end‑of‑life decisions
  • Lead New Product Development and New Product Introduction initiatives using structured stage‑gate governance
  • Act as the voice of the customer, aligning development, operations, quality and commercial teams
  • Apply pricing strategies and financial models to ensure competitive positioning while meeting margin objectives
  • Analyse demand trends and customer forecasts to support inventory and supply planning across multiple locations
  • Collaborate closely with cross‑functional business unit stakeholders to deliver portfolio revenue and margin targets
  • Influence and engage technical and non‑technical teams across global and multicultural environments

The Successful Applicant

A successful Lead Product Manager should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a technical discipline such as engineering or applied sciences
  • 5-7 years of progressive product management experience with exposure to NPI and P&L‑impacting decisions
  • Strong financial acumen, including pricing strategy, margin management and business case development
  • Solid understanding of complex manufacturing environments and industrial market dynamics
  • Proven experience managing products across the full lifecycle, including go‑to‑market and sustaining investments
  • Strong communication, presentation and stakeholder‑influencing skills
  • Ability to lead and align cross‑functional, geographically distributed teams
  • Self‑motivated, adaptable and comfortable managing conflict to drive effective decision‑making
  • Willingness to travel internationally up to 10%
