With a strong focus on operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and supply chain reliability, the company plays a critical role in ensuring aircraft components and systems are maintained to the highest industry standards.Due to continued growth and increasing operational demands, they are seeking an experienced Lead, Integrated Material Supply & Logistics to oversee materials management, inventory control, customs compliance, and logistics operations across the business.Job DescriptionLead material supply and logistics activities to support maintenance, repair, and overhaul operations.Develop and implement inventory management strategies to ensure optimal stock levels while minimizing excess and obsolete inventory.Oversee inventory accuracy, cycle counts, stock reconciliation, and warehouse control processes.Manage customs clearance processes and ensure compliance with import/export regulations and trade requirements.Lead tax exemption applications, reporting, compliance documentation, and regulatory audits.Coordinate closely with customs authorities, freight forwarders, logistics providers, and government agencies to ensure timely shipment clearance.Monitor material availability and work with procurement and planning teams to prevent operational disruptions.Drive logistics optimization initiatives to improve efficiency, reduce lead times, and control transportation costs.Manage risks related to customs delays, logistics disruptions, and inventory shortages.Collaborate with Operations, Procurement, Engineering, Finance, and Warehouse teams to ensure seamless supply chain execution.Establish performance metrics and reporting for inventory, logistics, and customs compliance activities.Drive continuous improvement initiatives across materials management and logistics processes.The Successful ApplicantBachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline.Minimum 8-10 years of experience in supply chain, materials management, logistics, or inventory management.Strong experience in customs clearance, import/export operations, and trade compliance.Proven experience handling tax exemption programs, customs duty exemptions, and regulatory compliance requirements.Extensive experience in inventory management, inventory optimization, material control, and warehouse operations.Experience within the aerospace, aviation, MRO, engineering, or other regulated industries would be highly advantageous.Strong knowledge of international logistics, customs regulations, and supply chain best practices.Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or equivalent.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.What's on OfferBe part of a globally recognised organisation.Work in a dynamic, innovative environment with opportunities for growth.Competitive remuneration and benefits package.ContactVictor DharmarajaQuote job refJN-072026-7072864Phone number+60323024108Job summaryFunctionProcurement & Supply ChainSpecialisationLogistics - Import / ExportWhat is your area of specialisation?Industrial / ManufacturingLocationSelangorContract TypePermanentConsultant nameVictor DharmarajaConsultant contact+60323024108Job ReferenceJN-072026-7072864
