Job Description

  • Act as the main point of contact between business and IT, ensuring solutions meet strategic goals
  • Design and deliver end-to-end solutions across areas such as shop floor, supply chain, and operations
  • Own the full project lifecycle - from requirements gathering to system deployment
  • Establish and maintain IT governance, standards, and SDLC best practices
  • Provide technical leadership across .NET technologies, web platforms, and cloud (Azure) whenever needed

The Successful Applicant

A successful IT Shop Floor Manager (MES) should have:

  • A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
  • 8-10+ years of experience in Shop floor support, with exposure to solution delivery in complex environments
  • Solid experience in solution providing and full project lifecycle (end-to-end delivery) within the manufacturing sector, EMS environment
  • Able to handle escalations from production floor
  • Comfortable working with .NET technologies, web applications, and cloud platforms (e.g., Azure), (basic understanding of technology)
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across business and technical teams
  • Experience leading or mentoring teams, with a hands-on and collaborative approach
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving and continuous improvement
