Job Description

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and identify opportunities to improve finance-related processes
  • Take ownership of system changes, covering solution design, configuration, testing, and implementation
  • Ensure the stability of finance systems by handling troubleshooting, maintenance, and vendor coordination
  • Provide support for core finance operations, including period-end closing and payment workflows
  • Contribute to project initiatives across all stages, from planning and build to rollout and post-implementation support
  • Support end users through guidance and training to improve system usage and effectiveness
  • Continuously identify and implement enhancements to improve system performance, cost efficiency, and user satisfaction

The Successful Applicant

A successful IT Senior Analyst should have:

  • A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field
  • Over 2 years of experience in finance systems, IT finance, or related roles
  • Good understanding of finance processes and supporting systems
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyse and resolve system issues
  • Clear communication skills and ability to work effectively with both business and technical teams
  • Familiarity with tools such as Ariba, Coupa, Concur, or automation technologies
