Job Description

  • Manage and maintain the organization's IT infrastructure, ensuring system reliability and security.
  • Oversee the implementation of new technologies to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Develop and enforce IT policies and best practices across the organization.
  • Collaborate with other departments to align IT strategies with business objectives.
  • Monitor and manage IT budgets to ensure cost-effective solutions.
  • Ensure data protection and compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Lead and mentor the IT team to achieve departmental goals effectively.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to minimize downtime.
  • Manage IT vendors, consultants and service providers.

The Successful Applicant

A successful IT Manager should have:

  • A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven expertise in managing IT systems and infrastructure.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Knowledge of data protection regulations and compliance standards.
  • Ability to implement and oversee IT strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Experience in managing in-house management software ssytem.
