Job Description

  • Lead and manage the IT department to ensure seamless technology operations.
  • Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT systems and infrastructure.
  • Manage IT budgets and optimize resource utilization effectively.
  • Ensure data security, network access, and backup systems are in place and operational.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies to recommend improvements.
  • Supervise IT projects and ensure timely delivery within set parameters.

The Successful Applicant

A successful IT Manager should have:

  • A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven expertise in managing IT systems within the FMCG industry.
  • Strong leadership skills to oversee IT teams effectively.
  • At least 8-12 years of IT experience (min 3-5 years in leadership position)
  • Experience in end-to-end ERP Implementation
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to innovate.
  • Knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems, and security protocols.
  • Ability to manage budgets and allocate resources efficiently.
