Job Description

  • Oversee and manage the company's IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and security.
  • Develop and implement effective IT policies, procedures, and strategies to support the retail business.
  • Lead and manage IT projects, including software development and system upgrades.
  • Collaborate with various departments to understand and address their technology needs.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and data protection regulations.
  • Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for IT services and products.
  • Provide technical support and training to staff to enhance their IT capabilities.
  • Monitor and evaluate emerging technologies to recommend suitable solutions for the company.

The Successful Applicant

A successful IT Manager should have:
