Job Description

  • Design, implement, and support integrations between warehouse management systems (WMS), transport management systems (TMS), customer platforms, and internal applications.
  • Develop and maintain API and system integration solutions to support business operations.
  • Extract, analyse, and transform data for reporting and business intelligence initiatives, including Power BI.
  • Produce and maintain technical documentation throughout project lifecycles.
  • Manage system incidents and service requests, ensuring SLA compliance.
  • Participate in project planning, testing, implementation, user training, and post-go-live support.
  • Investigate and troubleshoot technical issues, providing timely resolutions.
  • Evaluate and implement new technology solutions to improve operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with regional stakeholders, internal IT teams, and external vendors.
  • Provide guidance and knowledge sharing to team members on newly implemented solutions.
  • Lead and support assigned digitalisation and system enhancement projects.

The Successful Applicant

A successful IT Integration, Assistant Manager should have:

  • A degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of system integration and related technologies.
  • Experience with API integrations, B2B/B2C integration technologies, data mapping, and messaging standards.
  • Good understanding of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Transport Management Systems (TMS), ERP systems, or related operational platforms.
  • Experience in managing IT projects within the transport and distribution industry.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
