Lead the Infrastructure Operations team manufacturing and engineering environment in Kulim. This is a hands-on infrastructure leadership role responsible for managing servers, networks, endpoints, service delivery, and global infrastructure operations while leading a team of approximately 12 engineers.

Job Description

* Lead and manage a team of approximately 12 infrastructure engineers

* Oversee daily infrastructure operations across servers, networks, and endpoints

* Configure and support Cisco network switches within the manufacturing environment

* Manage ServiceNow tickets, SLA compliance, and service delivery metrics

* Maintain infrastructure inventory and operational processes

* Work closely with global teams and participate in after-hours calls when required

* Drive incident management, escalation management, and operational improvements

* Ensure infrastructure stability, availability, and security across the site

* Support IT strategy, budgeting, planning, and vendor management activities

The Successful Applicant

A successful IT Infrastructure Manager should have:

* 14+ years of overall IT experience

* Experience managing infrastructure operations teams

* Hands-on Cisco switch configuration experience

* Strong knowledge of servers, networking, and endpoint management

* Experience with ServiceNow and SLA management

* Understanding of global security protocols

* ITIL and Service Management experience

* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

* Experience supporting global teams across different time zones
