Job Description

  • Maintain and manage IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and network systems.
  • Provide technical support to internal teams to ensure smooth IT operations.
  • Monitor and resolve IT-related issues efficiently to minimize downtime.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new technologies and systems.
  • Ensure data security and compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Document IT processes and create user guides for internal stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with external vendors for system upgrades and maintenance.
  • Perform system backups and recovery to safeguard company data.

The Successful Applicant

A successful IT Executive should have:

  • A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and databases.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience in managing IT systems within the FMCG industry is an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communication skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
