Our client is a Regional IT services firm delivers institutional-grade custom development and infrastructure support to global Fortune 100 and Insurance/ Banking giants. They specialize in both cutting-edge applications and complex legacy mainframe systems.

Job Description

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Analyse and document business processes to identify areas for improvement.
  • Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units to ensure alignment.
  • Conduct data analysis to support decision-making and strategy development.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including user stories, workflows, and process diagrams.
  • Support the testing and implementation of new systems or updates.
  • Provide training and support to end-users to ensure successful adoption of technology solutions.
  • Monitor project progress and report on key milestones and deliverables.

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+years of IT Business Analyst/ System Analyst or related role
  • Strong SQL skillset
  • Strong understanding of business processes and technology integration.
  • Proficiency in gathering and documenting business requirements.
  • Experience in process mapping and workflow optimisation.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
  • Technical knowledge relevant to the Technology & Telecoms industry.
  • Proactive and adaptable approach to managing multiple tasks.
