  • Manage and oversee all intercompany accounting activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant standards and policies.
  • Supervise and guide the intercompany team to ensure timely and accurate reconciliation of accounts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies and improve processes.
  • Review and approve intercompany transactions and journal entries.
  • Prepare and deliver timely financial reports for intercompany transactions.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and external regulations.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and implement best practices.
  • Provide training and mentorship to team members to enhance their professional growth.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Intercompany Team Lead should have:

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
