Job Description

  • Manage intercompany transactions, ensuring accurate postings and reconciliations.
  • Collaborate with local and regional teams to resolve intercompany discrepancies promptly.
  • Prepare and review intercompany reports to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing activities related to intercompany accounts.
  • Maintain proper documentation for all intercompany processes and transactions.
  • Assist in internal and external audits by providing requested intercompany data.
  • Identify opportunities to improve intercompany processes and implement best practices.
  • Ensure adherence to accounting standards and company policies in all intercompany activities.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Intercompany Specialist should have:

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of intercompany accounting and financial reporting.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and high accuracy in financial data management.
