With a strong reputation for engineering excellence, advanced manufacturing capabilities, and deep supply chain integration, the company is expanding its indirect sourcing organization to strengthen global category strategies and drive operational efficiency across its IT spend portfolio.

Job Description

  • Lead sourcing initiatives and negotiations for IT categories including hardware, software, cloud, and IT‑enabled services.
  • Develop and deploy global category strategies based on spend analysis, supplier segmentation, and market intelligence.
  • Identify cost‑saving opportunities through market trend analysis and capability assessments.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders globally to align sourcing roadmaps and business needs.
  • Own supplier selection, contract negotiation, and compliance management across global sites.
  • Drive supplier performance related to quality, delivery, cost, and service.
  • Manage supplier scorecards, annual business reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Lead crisis management, escalations, and issue resolution with key suppliers.
  • Support Procure‑to‑Pay (P2P) processes including PR review and PO confirmation when needed.
  • Ensure spend compliance, data accuracy, and standardization across global operations.
  • Provide category support for factories, design centers, and global service operations.
  • Collaborate with IT, Finance, Operations, and Engineering teams to understand technology roadmaps and sourcing implications.
  • Drive adoption of best practices in sourcing, contracting, and supplier governance.
  • Ensure global alignment across cross‑functional leaders and business units.

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven capability in developing strategic supplier relationships.
  • Strong planning, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Good knowledge of procurement processes, IT sourcing, and electronics/EMS industry practices.
  • Ability to respond quickly and decisively to evolving requirements.
  • Strong communication, influencing, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in SAP, Ariba, or similar procurement systems.
  • Skilled in mentoring and developing operational buying teams.
  • 5+ years in strategic procurement or commodity management, ideally within IT or industrial technology categories.
  • Experience in supply chain or procurement roles within an electronics manufacturing/EMS environment.
  • Strong background in category strategy development and spend analysis.
  • Skilled in supplier contract management and negotiation.
  • Experience supporting rapid‑growth, high‑mix manufacturing environments is an advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field
