Job Description

  • Provide HR operational support for Korean-speaking markets, ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies.
  • Coordinate and manage employee data, payroll, and benefits administration with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Assist with onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle processes.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for HR-related inquiries from Korean-speaking employees.
  • Prepare and maintain HR reports, ensuring data integrity and timely submission.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve HR workflows and processes.
  • Provide support for HR projects and initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
  • Ensure timely communication and documentation in both English and Korean.

The Successful Applicant

A successful HR Operation Specialist (Korean Speaker) should have:

  • Proficiency in Korean (min TOPIK Level 4) and English, both written and spoken, to support Korean-speaking stakeholders effectively.
  • Strong understanding of HR operations, processes, and systems.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams.
