Job Description

  • Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, aligning people strategies with operational and commercial objectives.
  • Strengthen leadership capability by providing coaching, guidance, and support on people-related matters.
  • Drive initiatives across talent development, succession planning, performance excellence, and workforce engagement.
  • Lead organizational change initiatives, supporting business transformation and continuous capability building.
  • Manage employee and industrial relations matters, fostering a positive and collaborative workplace culture.
  • Provide expert advice on employment legislation, policies, and HR best practices to mitigate risk and ensure compliance.
  • Utilize workforce insights, people metrics, and planning tools to support strategic decision-making and resource optimization.
  • Collaborate closely with Operations leaders to address workforce challenges and improve overall business performance.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes, enhance employee experience, and drive operational effectiveness through continuous improvement.
  • Champion a culture of accountability, inclusion, and high performance across the organization.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline.
  • 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in HR business partnering responsibilities.
  • Exposure to employee relations, talent development, and organizational effectiveness initiatives.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Familiarity with Malaysian employment legislation and industrial relations practices.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to support business decisions.
  • Self-driven, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
