Job Description

  • Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and service delivery.
  • Monitor and manage budgets, ensuring cost-effective resource allocation.
  • Guide mentor, and manage a team of healthcare professionals to achieve organizational goals.
  • Work with other departments to optimize workflow and enhance patient experience.
  • Study operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
  • Ensure proper maintenance and functionality of healthcare equipment and facilities.
  • Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and ensure alignment with organizational goals

The Successful Applicant

  • A degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in managing operations within the healthcare industry.
  • Strong people and team management skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
  • Proficiency in using operational and financial management tools.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Mandarin speaker would be preferred.
  • Based in Johor.
