Reporting directly to the Managing Director, this role will play a critical part in supporting regional business growth while driving operational excellence and continuous improvement.

Job Description

  • Lead and manage the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process to align demand, supply and production capabilities.
  • Oversee demand planning, forecasting and inventory optimisation to ensure product availability and service excellence.
  • Manage procurement activities covering raw materials and packaging materials while ensuring supply continuity and cost efficiency.
  • Drive production planning and replenishment strategies to support business objectives and customer requirements.
  • Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, planning accuracy and supply chain performance.
  • Monitor and improve key supply chain metrics including forecasting accuracy, service levels, inventory health and supplier performance.
  • Develop strong cross-functional partnerships with manufacturing, commercial and operational stakeholders.
  • Lead, coach and develop the planning and procurement teams while fostering a high-performance culture.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Head of Supply Chain should have:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Proven supply chain leadership experience within a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong hands-on experience in planning, procurement, inventory management and S&OP.
  • Experience within the food & beverage, FMCG or related manufacturing sectors is highly preferred.
  • Strong operational mindset with the ability to balance strategic planning and day-to-day execution.
  • Demonstrated track record in driving process improvements and supply chain optimisation initiatives.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Experience leading and developing supply chain teams.
