This role will be instrumental in accelerating growth, improving market share, and enhancing customer reach across Malaysia. Key responsibilities include:Develop and execute a comprehensive national sales strategy to drive volume growth, revenue, and market share across Malaysia.Lead and optimise dealer network performance by setting targets, monitoring KPIs, and strengthening operational standards.Drive retail and wholesale sales performance across all channels, ensuring alignment with overall commercial objectives.Establish robust sales forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting processes to improve planning accuracy and visibility.Define and implement channel strategies, including retail, fleet, and emerging digital platforms, to maximise market coverage.Partner closely with marketing to ensure effective campaign execution, lead generation, and conversion into sales.Build strong governance frameworks to track performance, enforce accountability, and ensure consistent execution across the network.Identify and capitalise on market opportunities to strengthen competitive positioning and expand customer reach.Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales organisation with strong leadership bench strength and succession planning.Drive continuous improvement in customer experience by enhancing sales processes, service quality, and end-to-end journey.The Successful ApplicantAn experienced sales leader with strong automotive expertise and a proven track record in driving national sales performance.
