Job Description

  • Lead the finance team to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's growth in the FMCG industry.
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
  • Provide strategic insights and recommendations to the leadership team to drive business performance.
  • Ensure effective cash flow management and cost optimization initiatives.
  • Monitor and manage financial risks, ensuring proper controls and governance.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support key business initiatives.
  • Lead the preparation of financial statements and reports for internal and external purposes.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Head of Finance should have:

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, with relevant professional qualifications (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CIMA).
  • Proven expertise in financial management within the FMCG industry.
  • Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Solid understanding of regulatory compliance and financial controls.
  • Ability to provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
