Job Description

  • Lead revenue, pricing, and margin governance, including tracking performance vs. commercial targets and identifying trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Collaborate across functions to align and execute revenue growth strategies and design effective commercial incentive schemes.
  • Drive automation and improvement of sales and management reporting to enhance decision‑making quality and speed.
  • Business partner with Supply Chain/Operations to shape strategy, budgets, cost targets, and key decisions (network, sourcing, make/buy, capex).
  • Own supply chain financial performance, including cost reporting, forecasting, operational KPIs, product costing integrity, and variance/root‑cause analysis.
  • Lead core financial cycles (budgeting, forecasting, long‑term planning) and prepare management reporting packs for leadership reviews.
  • Support strategic finance initiatives, including M&A assessment, capex benefit tracking, competitor/customer financial analysis, and alignment of strategic plans to the 5‑year financial roadmap.

The Successful Applicant

To be considered for this role you will have the following:

  • MBA or ACCA/CA/CPA (or equivalent) qualification
  • 15+ years of relevant experience within Finance & Commercial roles
  • A strong track record within the Manufacturing or FMCG industries
  • Proven experience leading and developing high performing teams, with confidence to engage and influence senior level commercial stakeholders
