Job Description

  • Drive business development initiatives with channel partners, focusing on revenue growth and lead generation
  • Develop and execute channel strategies and management policies
  • Manage and expand relationships with distributors and channel partners
  • Lead joint marketing campaigns and partner engagement activities
  • Achieve assigned channel sales targets and business objectives
  • Build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders, including CXO-level contacts
  • Support partners through training, enablement, and sales best practices
  • Collaborate with marketing on programs and events to generate new opportunities
  • Manage enterprise sales cycles, including RFP processes, through channel partners
  • Monitor and report sales pipeline, forecasts, and performance metrics
  • Stay updated on competitive landscape and market trends
  • Participate in sales meetings, product seminars, and industry events
  • Prepare presentations, proposals, and pricing quotations
  • Define and execute partner sales plans

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, Business, Marketing, or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in channel sales within the ICT industry
  • Proven track record working with distributors and channel partners
  • Strong network and understanding of enterprise market dynamics
  • Solid business acumen and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage complex enterprise sales cycles
  • Willingness to travel as required
  • Relevant certifications (HCNP, HCNA, HCIE) are advantageous
