Job Description

  • Leading and managing a team of Lead Generation / Telemarketing Specialists
  • Overseeing both inbound and outbound telemarketing activities
  • Driving team performance against KPIs such as conversion rates, productivity, and call metrics
  • Monitoring call quality, providing structured coaching, and managing performance improvement actions
  • Analyzing sales data and performance reports to identify trends and improvement opportunities
  • Ensuring accurate reporting, KPI tracking, and operational governance
  • Collaborating with internal sales and marketing stakeholders to align lead generation strategies
  • Ensuring compliance with internal policies, quality standards, and telemarketing regulations
  • Building a positive, accountable, and performance‑focused team culture

The Successful Applicant

A successful Lead Generation - Team Leader/Manager should have:

  • 5-9 years of experience in telemarketing, telesales, or lead generation
  • Proven people leadership experience, with ownership of team performance and KPIs
  • A hands‑on management style (not a purely individual contributor role)
  • Background in manufacturing or tangible / physical products is strongly preferred
  • Strong experience working with KPIs, reporting, and performance tracking
  • Familiarity with telemarketing systems, sales tools, or CRM platforms
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ERP or SAP exposure is an advantage
  • Strong communication, coaching, and objection‑handling skills
