Job Description

  • Design and develop structured PowerPoint presentations for meetings, reports, and townhall sessions.
  • Convert raw data, content, and inputs into clear, visually organised, and easy-to-understand slides.
  • Translate stakeholder requirements into well-structured presentation formats aligned to business messaging.
  • Ensure all presentations follow corporate brand guidelines including layouts, fonts, and visual standards.
  • Review and refine slides to ensure accuracy, clarity, and error-free delivery.
  • Handle multiple presentation requests and deliver within tight timelines.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and incorporate feedback.
  • Support continuous updates and improvements to presentation materials based on changing business needs.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Designer should have:

  • A successful Presentation Designer should have:
  • A Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Communications, or a related field.
  • 4-8 years of experience in graphic design with strong focus on PowerPoint presentation work.
  • Proven experience developing corporate presentations for business or internal communication purposes.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
  • Working knowledge of Adobe tools such as Illustrator, Photoshop, or InDesign.
  • Strong ability to convert raw data and information into clear and well-structured slides.
