Job Description

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment activities and support hiring needs.
  • Coordinate and support learning & development programs and training initiatives.
  • Assist with performance management processes and review cycles.
  • Support day-to-day HR operations across onboarding, employee lifecycle, and coordination.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to ensure smooth HR processes and employee support.
  • Maintain HR records and ensure accuracy in processes and documentation.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Global HR Generalist should have:

  • 3-5 years of experience in HR generalist or HR operations roles.
  • Exposure to multiple HR functions such as, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and Performance Management.
  • Hands-on experience in HR execution and operations.
  • Interest or involvement in employee development initiatives is an advantage.
  • Strong communication skills with a practical and structured approach.
