Job Description

  • Design and deliver high‑impact proposal and bid materials that support key business pursuits.
  • Translate complex business content into clear, engaging, and visually polished presentations.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders across regions to understand requirements and provide effective design solutions.
  • Produce professional‑level PowerPoint presentations and Word‑based documents aligned with corporate brand standards.
  • Ensure accuracy, layout consistency, and visual storytelling quality.
  • Collaborate with designers across geographies to ensure consistency and best practices.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Graphic Designer should have:

  • A Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Mass Communication, Corporate Communications, or a related field.
  • 3-6 years of experience in corporate graphic design or internal communications environments.
  • Strong experience designing PowerPoint presentations for proposals, management decks, or internal communications.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint (mandatory), with strong layout and formatting skills.
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop).
  • Experience working within structured brand guidelines and corporate identity standards.
  • A thoughtful, non‑generic portfolio demonstrating corporate presentation or proposal work.
