Job Description

  • Act as the primary point of contact for partners including e-wallets, merchants, and corporate clients.
  • Manage and resolve customer support tickets while ensuring SLA and service standards are met.
  • Support onboarding of new clients and partners, including setup, documentation, and coordination.
  • Work closely with internal teams across product, tech, finance, and compliance.
  • Assist with account setup, system configuration, and transaction monitoring.
  • Participate in client discussions and support pre- and post-sales activities.
  • Investigate and resolve payment, settlement, or operational issues.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Customer Success Specialist should have:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Business, IT, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in customer success, operations, or client onboarding within fintech, tech, or service industries.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Mandarin to support regional stakeholders.
  • Experience managing B2B clients or partners within a structured environment.
  • Ability to handle support tickets, onboarding processes, and operational workflows.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
