They are looking for a General Manager to handle their Domestic Line.

Job Description

  • Lead overall business strategy, operations, and financial performance.
  • Drive revenue growth, profitability, and cost optimization initiatives.
  • Build and maintain relationships with shareholders, board members, regulators, partners, and key stakeholders.
  • Oversee regulatory compliance, governance, risk management, and ESG initiatives.
  • Identify market opportunities, industry trends, and business development strategies.
  • Lead, develop, and retain high-performing teams while ensuring succession planning.
  • Champion operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and technology adoption.
  • Provide oversight across subsidiary entities and ensure alignment with group objectives.



The Successful Applicant

  • Degree qualified, preferably in Business, Logistics, Maritime, Supply Chain, or a related discipline.
  • 15+ years of leadership experience within transportation, logistics, supply chain, or related industries.
  • Proven track record of managing full P&L responsibilities and leading large-scale operations.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience driving business growth and strategic partnerships.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage senior stakeholders, boards, regulators, and external partners.
  • Experienced in operational transformation, risk management, governance, and ESG initiatives.
  • A strategic and resilient leader capable of navigating complex business and market environments.
