Job Description

  • Design, develop, and enhance enterprise-scale web applications using Python and ReactJS technologies
  • Build intuitive and high-performing user interfaces for applications
  • Develop scalable backend services within a microservices architecture
  • Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Developers, and stakeholders to deliver business-critical features
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning, delivery, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Ensure high-quality software delivery through best engineering practices, code reviews, and team collaboration
  • Take ownership of assigned features and help drive successful project outcomes

The Successful Applicant

A successful Full Stack Developer should have:

  • Over 3 years of experience in Full Stack Development with strong exposure to both frontend and backend technologies
  • Hands-on experience with Python & ReactJS
  • Experience building or contributing to large-scale and complex enterprise applications
  • Understanding of object-oriented programming, design patterns, data structures, and algorithms
  • Comfortable working in an Agile environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver business value
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • A proactive and self-driven mindset with the ability to take ownership of tasks and deliver quality solutions
