Job Description

  • Manage and support a portfolio of franchise partners, ensuring they understand business performance (revenue, costs, profitability) and operate effectively.
  • Analyse operational and financial data to identify issues, provide insights, and drive improvements in outlet performance and sales growth.
  • Train and guide franchisees on business fundamentals and company standards (e.g. processes, reporting, compliance



The Successful Applicant

  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret operational and financial data (revenue, cost, profit) and translate it into actionable insights for franchise partners
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills, able to work closely with franchisees and cross-functional teams
  • Commercially driven with a focus on performance improvement, growth, and problem-solving
  • Proactive, hands-on, and comfortable managing multiple outlets/accounts in a fast-paced logistics environment
