Job Description

  • Lead group financial reporting processes, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and policies.
  • Prepare and analyse consolidated financial statements for senior management and stakeholders.
  • Manage the budgeting and forecasting process to support strategic business decisions.
  • Oversee internal controls and ensure adherence to regulatory and statutory requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial operations and improve efficiency.
  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to drive business performance within the manufacturing industry.
  • Monitor and manage cash flow, working capital, and financial risks effectively.
  • Support audit processes and liaise with external auditors as required.

The Successful Applicant

  • A strong academic background in accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • Professional qualifications such as CPA, ACCA, or equivalent.
  • Proven expertise in group financial reporting and consolidation.
  • Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance within the manufacturing sector.
  • Proficiency in financial systems and tools for reporting and analysis.
