Job Description

  • Oversee the financial consolidation process and ensure timely preparation of consolidated financial statements.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policies.
  • Analyze group financial performance and provide insights to support decision-making.
  • Coordinate with regional finance teams to ensure accurate reporting and data consistency.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports for senior management and external stakeholders.
  • Identify and implement improvements to the consolidation and reporting processes.
  • Support audit processes by providing required documentation and responding to queries.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial strategies with organizational goals.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Manager (Consolidation) should have:

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Professional qualifications such as CPA, ACCA, or equivalent are preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of financial consolidation and reporting standards.
  • Experience in the Energy & Natural Resources industry will be an advantage.
  • Proficiency in financial systems and tools.
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities.
