About Our Client

Our client is a large organization within the Business Services industry, known for its commitment to delivering efficient solutions and maintaining high operational standards. They are seeking a dedicated professional to join their Accounting & Finance department.

Job Description

  • Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Monitor and review outstanding payments and follow up with clients for timely collections.
  • Prepare and reconcile financial reports related to AR/AP and credit control.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions and documentation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve payment discrepancies and disputes efficiently.
  • Assist in month-end closing activities, including account reconciliations and reporting.
  • Support the implementation of process improvements in the Accounting & Finance department.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Executive (AR/AP & Credit Control) should have:

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Highly proficient in English and Mandarin for stakeholder management
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
