The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Finance Manager/Finance Director should have:

  • A recognized degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, with relevant professional certifications being an advantage.
  • Proven expertise in financial planning, analysis, and reporting within the life science industry or a similar field.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop teams effectively.
  • Excellent knowledge of financial regulations, standards, and compliance requirements.
