Job Description

Change Strategy & Delivery

  • Lead change management activities for a large-scale ERP and business transformation programme.
  • Develop and execute change management plans, roadmaps, and deployment strategies aligned with programme objectives.
  • Partner with project teams and business leaders to ensure change activities are embedded throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Support change delivery across multiple deployment waves and business functions.



Change Impact & Readiness

  • Conduct and refine change impact assessments across business units and operational teams.
  • Translate global process and system changes into clear business-level impacts for affected teams.
  • Identify risks, dependencies, and adoption barriers and develop mitigation plans.
  • Assess organisational readiness and monitor progress against agreed readiness milestones.
  • Identify training and capability-building requirements to support successful adoption.



Stakeholder Engagement

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with business leaders, project stakeholders, and subject matter experts.
  • Develop stakeholder engagement strategies and communication plans.
  • Facilitate workshops, focus groups, and change impact assessment sessions.
  • Establish and manage change champion networks to support engagement and adoption.
  • Create and maintain stakeholder maps, personas, and audience segmentation strategies.



Communications & Training

  • Support development and delivery of communication plans to promote awareness and adoption.
  • Partner with training teams to conduct training needs analysis and develop role-specific learning content.
  • Support the creation of user guides, toolkits, and change enablement materials.
  • Reinforce new ways of working and drive sustained behavioural change across impacted teams.



Deployment & Go-Live Support

  • Lead business readiness activities for regional deployment waves across APAC.
  • Coordinate readiness assessments and deployment activities across multiple markets.
  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), implementation activities, and go-live preparation.
  • Provide change support during deployment and post-go-live stabilisation phases.
  • Monitor adoption metrics and gather feedback to support continuous improvement.



Governance & Reporting

  • Track and report change management progress, risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • Prepare status reports, presentations, dashboards, and executive updates.
  • Ensure all change deliverable meet agreed project standards and timelines.
  • Capture lessons learned and contribute to continuous improvement of change management methodologies and toolkits.

The Successful Applicant

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources, Communications, Psychology, Organisational Development, or related discipline.
  • 7+ years of experience in Change Management, Business Transformation, Organisational Change, or ERP implementation programmes.
  • Proven experience supporting large-scale transformation initiatives in complex organisations.
  • Experience working on ERP implementations or enterprise-wide system transformation projects.
  • Experience supporting regional or global change programmes across multiple business functions.
