Job Description

  • Act as a key finance liaison between project teams, business stakeholders, end markets, and Finance teams.
  • Coordinate financial recharge, cost allocation, and purchase order processes to ensure timely and accurate cost recovery.
  • Support budget tracking, accrual management, financial reconciliations, and month-end/year-end closing activities.
  • Monitor financial commitments, outstanding transactions, and approvals, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
  • Prepare financial reports, cost summaries, accrual updates, and management dashboards to support decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with finance policies, internal controls, and audit requirements.
  • Maintain financial records, trackers, supporting documentation, and governance reports.
  • Support administration of finance-related systems, licenses, and operational processes, including SAP, ServiceNow, and other business tools.
  • Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, reporting efficiency, and stakeholder experience.



The Successful Applicant

  • Experience in Finance Operations, Finance Business Partnering, Financial Administration, Project Finance, or a related field.
  • Strong financial analysis, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Good understanding of budgeting, accruals, cost allocation, and financial controls.
  • Proficiency in SAP, Excel, and finance reporting tools.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and organisational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
