Job Description

  • Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making processes.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop budgets and forecasts aligned with business objectives.
  • Monitor financial performance and identify areas for improvement or cost optimization.
  • Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and other relevant parties.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Support various departments in understanding financial data and its implications on their operations.
  • Assist in financial modeling and scenario planning for business growth initiatives.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, providing guidance on financial matters.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Business Partner should have:

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CPA, or equivalent are an advantage.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in financial reporting tools and advanced Excel skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
