Job Description

  • Manage accounts payable processes, including invoice verification and payment processing.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulatory requirements.
  • Communicate effectively with Japanese-speaking stakeholders and handle related documentation.
  • Reconcile vendor accounts and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing activities for the accounting team.
  • Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and provide regular reports.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve payment and invoice-related issues.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the accounts payable function.
