About Our Client

Job Description

  • Manage and monitor export orders to ensure timely execution and delivery
  • Coordinate with logistics providers, freight forwarders, and internal stakeholders
  • Prepare and review export-related documentation
  • Resolve shipment and order-related issues to maintain service excellence
  • Perform order processing activities in SAP/ERP systems
  • Support process improvement and operational excellence initiatives

The Successful Applicant

  • Diploma or Degree in any discipline
  • 1-3 years of experience in export operations, logistics, supply chain, or order management
  • Experience using SAP or other ERP systems
  • Good understanding of Incoterms, HS Codes, and international trade processes
  • Familiarity with export documentation (e.g., BL, SWB, COO, COA, MSDS, Commercial Invoice, and Packing List)
  • Strong attention to detail and stakeholder management skills
  • Comfortable working shift hours such as 10:00am-7:00pm and 1:00pm-10:00pm Malaysia time with hybrid working arrangements (3 days office, 2 days working from home).
