Job Description

  • Classify products and technologies in compliance with export control regulations and requirements.
  • Maintain and update export control classification databases and documentation.
  • ECCN Is a must
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate classification and adherence to regulations.
  • Monitor and stay updated on changes in export control laws and policies.
  • Provide training and guidance to internal stakeholders regarding export control compliance.
  • Assist in audits and assessments related to export control processes.
  • Prepare and submit required documentation for export licensing and regulatory approvals.
  • Support the Human Resources department in ensuring compliance within the organization's export-related activities.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Export Control Classification Specialist should have:

  • Educational background in logistics, international trade, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of export control regulations and classification processes.
  • Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge or experience in the industrial and manufacturing industry is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in documentation and record-keeping practices.
