Job Description

You will Shape and elevate the Chairman's executive profile through strategic positioning, refined messaging, and high‑impact external engagements. Also:

  • Craft speeches, narratives, and thought‑leadership content that reinforce the Chairman's authority, credibility, and influence across key audiences.
  • Cultivate senior‑level relationships with government bodies, regulators, industry stakeholders, and community partners to strengthen executive visibility.
  • Lead PR and media strategies that enhance the Chairman's reputation across public, industry, and corporate communication channels.
  • Oversee corporate communications for CSR and community initiatives, ensuring initiatives reflect the Chairman's values and strengthen organisational reputation.
  • Direct high‑profile events, appearances, and sponsorship activities, providing executive advisory support to ensure consistent, polished representation at all times.

The Successful Applicant

As a successful applicant should come with a degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Proven expertise in crafting and executing PR strategies within the retail industry.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage with diverse audiences effectively.
  • Strong media relations skills with a track record of securing impactful press coverage.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
