Job Description

  • Manage and optimize product listings across ecommerce platforms to ensure accuracy and visibility.
  • Monitor and analyze online sales performance, providing actionable insights to improve results.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless execution of sales campaigns and promotions.
  • Assist in pricing and inventory management to maintain competitive positioning.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive traffic and conversion rates on ecommerce channels.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues to ensure a positive shopping experience.
  • Track and report on KPIs, including sales growth, website traffic, and customer engagement.
  • Stay updated on ecommerce trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.

The Successful Applicant

  • Experience in managing ecommerce platforms within the FMCG industry.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret sales data effectively.
  • Exposure to or familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, Shopify, or Amazon would be an advantage.
  • Proficiency in ecommerce tools and software.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
  • A proactive and results-driven approach to achieving sales targets.
  • Knowledge of online marketing strategies and customer engagement techniques.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
