Job Description

  • Develop and execute e-commerce strategy aligned with business objectives and market trends.
  • Manage and optimise the e-commerce website, ensuring strong UX, SEO, and functionality.
  • Oversee online product catalogue, pricing, promotions, and inventory coordination.
  • Drive digital marketing campaigns across channels to increase traffic and conversions.
  • Enhance mobile app performance, UX, and user engagement through data-driven improvements.
  • Improve customer journey and service processes using feedback and behavioural insights.
  • Monitor KPIs, analyse performance data, and deliver actionable reports for growth.
  • Collaborate across teams and partners while ensuring compliance, security, and efficient fulfilment operations.



The Successful Applicant

  • Degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or related field.
  • Proven experience in e-commerce or digital retail management.
  • Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms, analytics, and digital marketing tools.
  • Skilled in SEO, SEM, and performance-driven campaign optimisation.
  • Demonstrated ability in logistics, fulfilment, or 3PL management.
  • Excellent analytical, project management, and stakeholder communication skills.
