Job Description

As a Digital & Communication Manager, you will be responsible to drive regional digital marketing initiatives across APAC, including social media, content strategy, campaign planning, and agency management.

  • Develop and execute PR activities, media communications, news releases, and external communication plans.
  • Lead the planning and execution of customer events, innovation days, trade shows, webinars, and regional meetings.
  • Create and manage leadership and internal communications materials, including town halls, presentations, newsletters, and employee engagement campaigns.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders, regional business leaders, and external agencies to align and deliver communication strategies.
  • Support cross-functional regional and global projects, ensuring effective communication and strong business impact.

The Successful Applicant

As a successful applicant, you should come with a degree in Communications, Digital Marketing, or a related field.

  • Strong expertise in social media management tools and platforms.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement successful digital strategies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work across departments.
  • Analytical skills to interpret data and improve campaign performance.
  • Knowledge of the FMCG industry and its unique communication requirements.
  • Flexibility to adapt to the diverse markets within the APAC region.
