The Dietitian Manager role involves driving nutrition programs and overseeing dietary services to ensure optimal care. This Dietition Manager will be the brain of the department, key job is to make nutrition science easy for customers while making the internal team work faster and smarter

Our client is in the consumer healthcare industry, focused on delivering health products and wellness consulting through innovative marketing and data-oriented strategies.

Job Description

  • Provide professional insights to Sales, Marketing, and R&D teams to validate product claims.
  • Conduct health seminars, webinars, and internal staff training on nutrition science / product.
  • Provide professional dietary advice and consultation to customers.
  • Review product labels and marketing materials to ensure alignment with local food and health regulations.
  • Assist in company activities, such as exhibitions or expos, when required.
  • Handle any other tasks assigned by the HOD or additional assignments as needed.
  • Build and optimize workflows to improve team efficiency and customer service quality

The Successful Applicant

  • Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Nutrition/Dietetics or equivalent.
  • At least 3 to 4 years of working experience in the related field is required, people management experience would have additional advantage.
  • Experience in the health/retail pharmacy industry is an advantage.
  • Strong ability to translate scientific data into consumer-friendly content.
  • Required languages: Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients (English is a plus).
  • Familiar with local food/supplement regulations (e.g., KKM/MOH guidelines).
  • Strong public speaking skills for health talks, webinars, or live-streaming is a plus.
  • Familiar with digital tools (e.g., nutritional software, Canva, and AI tools like ChatGPT).
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work closely with marketing/creative teams.
  • Candidate with an entrepreneur mindset, take ownership of the work and goes above & beyond.
